Return and Exchange Policy At Arteest, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we're here to help. Please read our policy carefully before making a request. 

  1. Returns We only accept returns under the following conditions: • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.• You must provide a video proof of unboxing the parcel, clearly showing the issue with the product.Process for Returns:1. Contact our customer support team at 01arteest@gmail.com within 2-3 days of receiving your order.
  2. .Attach the unboxing video as proof of the damage or defect.2. Upon verification, we will credit the refund amount to your Arteest Credit Account, which can be used for future purchases
  3. Note:• Products without unboxing video proof or reported after 2-3 days of delivery will not be eligible for a return.The product should match the size, quality and condition originally sent by Arteest
  4. .If any tag, label or packaging is missing-or the product appears used, worn or altered then the product will be rejected and sent back to the customer.• We do not offer cash refunds. Exchanges We offer exchanges in the following cases:• Size or fit issues: If the product does not fit properly.• Defective or damaged products: If you receive a damaged or defective item.Conditions for Exchanges:1. Exchanges are only applicable for items purchased directly from our website
  5.  Requests must be made within 2-3 days of receiving the product.
  6. The item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.Process for Exchanges:1. Reach out to our customer support team at 01arteest@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the exchange.
  7. For size or fit issues, specify the new size you need.
  8. For damaged or defective products, include a video of the unboxing as proof.
  9. Once approved, send the item back to us as instructed. We will process the exchange after receiving the returned item.Note:• Exchange requests without video proof (for damaged/defective products) or made after 7 days will not be processed.• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
  10.  Non-Eligible Items for Returns or Exchanges The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:• Products without an unboxing video.• Items reported after the 2-3day window.• Items without their original packaging, tags, or labels.• Products marked as Final Sale or purchased during promotional events.
  11. Additional Information• All exchanges are subject to stock availability.• Store credit cannot be transferred or converted into cash.• Arteest reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
